How long can I keep the items? What if I return the items late?
As long as we have stock we’re happy to extend your rental. Extensions are 10% off if requested on.
On 4 day rentals, a late fee equal to 20% of the rental fee is charged for each day.
Do you charge a deposit?
Not unless there's a special circumstance. Occasionally, we don't have enough information to properly verify an order and we may ask for a deposit in those circumstances. In the same way, because of the high value of the equipment, we may ask for a deposit for certain items if you cannot secure independent insurance coverage.
If we decide a deposit is needed, we will always ask your permission before we bill the order and proceed with the deposit.
How do I pay for the rentals?
Eventorian Events accepts payment by major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Due to the international nature of our business, all prices are quoted / billed in US dollars.
How do I cancel my order?
All customers will provide a 50% NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT in order for PPR to reserve their order.
Customers who cancel their orders at any time after a deposit is provided WILL LOSE THEIR DEPOSIT regardless of their circumstances or reasons for cancellation.
Adjustments to orders can be made until 7 days prior to delivery (except for specialty items – see below). However, any such adjustments shall not reduce the total price of the invoice below the amount of the NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT.
Specialty items include specialty cut linens, and items that require PPR to manufacture, sub-rent, or purchase equipment. Specialty items are non-refundable once they have been ordered by PPR, or manufacturing of such items has begun
Canopies & heaters must be canceled at least 7 days prior to delivery/pickup, but any such adjustments shall not reduce the total price of the invoice below the amount of the NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT.
Is there a shipping charge for returns?
No all returns include free return shipping.
Do you guarantee the equipment will work as promised?
We will do everything we can to make sure the equipment is working. We will inspect the equipment both when it returns from its prior rental, and before it goes out on your rental.
